Our Guide

Creating an Account:

1. From the home page, click 'Log In' at the top of the page.

2. Fill in your details, accept our terms and conditions, and click 'Submit'

3. You'll receive an email from us with a 6-digit verification code (don't forget to check your Junk/Spam).

4. Enter this code on our platform. 

5. Begin browsing our marketplace!

Buying:

1. Create an Account (see above).

2. Browse the marketplace.

3. Click 'Contact Seller' when you find something you like. 

4. Agree on Price, Meetup Time and Location.

5. Follow the on-screen instructions to pay.

6. Meet with the Seller and inspect your item. If you're happy, give them your security code (found under 'My Transactions').

7. Enjoy!

Selling:

1. Create an Account (see above).

2. Go to the Menu in the top right.

3. Click 'Become seller' and then 'Start selling'.

4. Fill in your Personal Info, Bank Details, and Address (under the 'My Account' section).

5. Click 'Save' (do this for every section).

6. Click the Menu icon in the top right. Click 'Connect Stripe'/'Get Paid via Stripe'.

7. Click 'Connect Stripe' again (allow up to 5 minutes for the account information to update).

8. Click Sell on the Home page (or the Marketplace page).

9. When a Buyer contacts you: Agree on Price, Meetup Time and Location.

10. Meet with the Buyer and, if they are happy with your item, ask for their security code (found under 'My Transactions').

11. Your money will be with you in less than 3 days (your first payment may take up to 7 days).
